Regulatory Judgement November 2025

Following a recent stability check by the Regulator of Social Housing, we are pleased to confirm that Salvation Army Homes has retained its G1 governance rating and V2 financial viability rating. Our consumer standard grading is C2.

G1 is the highest governance rating and V2 confirms that we are financially viable, with some risks to manage in line with the wider sector. A C2 grading means the regulator expects us to make improvements in how we meet the consumer standards, and we are already taking action to do this.

We are strengthening our data and insight about our homes so we can plan maintenance and future investment more effectively. We remain focused on providing safe, good quality homes and delivering new supported housing each year in line with our corporate strategy.

You can read the Regulator’s full report here.
