Residents selecting Scheme Manager at Charles Court

This week, residents at Charles Court got involved in interviewing candidates for the new Scheme Manager.

As part of our commitment to resident involvement, two residents joined the interview panel and played an active role in the process. They asked a number of thoughtful questions and contributed well to the discussion with the candidate.

There was one candidate interviewed for the role and both residents agreed that she would be a good fit for the position of Scheme Manager. They also expressed how pleased they were to have been included in the process and valued the opportunity to have their voices heard.
