For your information, the arrangements for contacting Salvation Army Homes from 24th December 2025 to 2nd January 2026 are as follows: -
The Customer Service Centre office will close on Wednesday 24th December 2025 at 2pm
It will reopen 29th, 30th & 31st but will be operating a reduced service, emergency repairs only and limited access to the Housing team.
The out of hour’s service will then be available to deal with emergency Repairs until the office opens again. You can contact the emergency service via the normal freephone number 0800 970 6363 and follow the instructions provided.
The Customer Service Centre will open again on Friday 2nd January 2026 at 8.30am
