What Are TSMs?
TSMs are questions all landlords must ask every year. They help show how well we are doing.
The survey asks about:
Repairs
Safety
Communication
Complaints
Respect
Your home
Why Do We Ask to Use Your Answers?
We ask if we can link your answers to your tenancy. This helps us understand you better and improve our service. You can say yes or no. You can still do the survey but we won't know your personal information.
How to Do the Survey
Post: A paper survey will come to your home
Online: You can click the link or scan the QR code
Phone: You may get a phone call from 11 May
The survey closes 6 June.
Key Dates
01-Apr We start sharing information about the TSM Survey so you know it’s coming.
27 April – Survey Opens, Postal surveys arrive. Online survey goes live. This is your first chance to take part.
11 May – Telephone Surveys Begin. If selected, you may receive a call to complete the survey by phone.
6 June – Survey Closes. This is the last day to have your say.
After 6 June We will share how many people took part and provide a summary of what you told us.
