Your voice matters - join our Operations Committee

We're looking for two residents to join our Operations  Committee – a paid opportunity to influence how we deliver services and support across our communities.

You’ll help shape decisions, review key documents, and share your perspective with our senior leadership team. No experience is needed — just a genuine interest in helping others and making things better.

🧠 You’ll need to:

• Be a current resident (and have no current breach of tenancy)
• Review and share your thoughts on committee documents
• Attend four meetings per year in London (travel and accommodation provided)

💼 We’ll provide:

• £2,000 per year
• Full training and ongoing support
• iPad for accessing papers
• A real chance to influence change
