Delivered across two services, a 5 bed house in Eastbourne and a 5 bed house in Newhaven. The service delivers a targeted support programme to vulnerable, pregnant women and young parents aged 16-25 years old.

Referrals to East Sussex Young Parents come through a single point of referral via the local Authority- SA16plus@eastsussex.gov.uk. Criteria is single young Parents 16-25years and/ or pregnant with a child or children (maximum 2) below the age of 5.
