Adele Duncan

Adele has been working in the housing sector for over 30 years having worked with large and smaller specialist registered providers in a range of senior and executive roles.  Adele is committed to enabling and supporting people to achieve their ambitions. Adele has a true heartfelt passion and commitment to supporting vulnerable people with experience of developing strategies to empower and involve those with lived experience in organisations.

Adele's key areas of expertise relate to strategic oversight of operational services; culture change management; risk management and review; customer experience involvement and engagement; new business development; business process mapping; contract negotiation and management; planning for regulatory inspections; accountable to board of trustees; managing mergers; and being a keen and effective problem solver.  Adele was previously the  Vice-Chair of Homeless Link and is currently a Non-Executive Director of Salvation Army Homes.
