Philip is a Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Management Accountant, he has had an extensive leadership career in the corporate property industry, with particular expertise in development and regeneration. Most recently, he led the property business at National Grid plc. He also served as a Board member of St William Homes, a joint venture with the Berkeley Group plc, and is currently a Board member of the Salvation Army Trust for the UK.
